Do useful work.
Keep learning.
Do work that is broad enough to stretch you — and useful enough to matter.
We welcome expressions of interest from people who enjoy broad, practical problems. This is an invitation to introduce yourself, rather than an advertised vacancy.
You will not be solving the same problem in a different suit every week.
Our work sits inside complex service environments: contact centres, public services, regulated organisations, charities, enterprise operations and teams trying to modernise without breaking what already works.
You might help redesign a vulnerable customer journey. You might map a legacy IVR estate. You might shape an AI adoption strategy. You might help an operations team understand why demand keeps reappearing somewhere else.
The work is broad because customer experience is broad. It touches technology, behaviour, process, governance, data, risk, cost and trust.
If you like tidy problems with tidy answers, this may be irritating. If you like useful complexity, you will probably enjoy it here.
Collaboration that makes the work better.
We believe good work happens when people can challenge ideas without turning every conversation into a status ceremony.
You will work with people who can explain their thinking, listen properly, test assumptions and improve the work without needing to win every sentence.
We want a culture where people can say:
- “I do not know yet.”
- “That does not feel right.”
- “The client is asking for the wrong thing.”
- “This needs to be simpler.”
- “We should check what frontline teams actually experience.”
Development should make you more capable, not just more certified.
We take personal development seriously because the work demands it.
Customer experience, AI, service architecture and contact centre transformation are changing quickly. Nobody gets to coast on what they knew five years ago — even if what they knew five years ago had a very impressive acronym.
We support development through:
- Structured learning plans linked to your role
- Time for research, reading and practical experimentation
- Coaching on consulting, facilitation, writing and client communication
- Exposure to real client problems rather than artificial training exercises
- Development around AI adoption, service design, contact centre architecture and operational transformation
- Review sessions that focus on judgement, not just output
You will see the people and consequences behind the work.
Our work is grounded in real service environments.
We care about what customers experience when they are trying to get help. We care about what agents experience when systems make simple things difficult. We care about what managers experience when reporting tells them everything except what to do next.
That commitment shapes how we work.
We do not design customer journeys as decorative artefacts. We test whether they can survive live operations. We do not recommend AI because it is fashionable. We ask whether it reduces effort, improves decisions or gives people better support.
Customers are not an audience segment. They are the reason the system exists.
We cannot help clients build better service cultures by building a poor one ourselves.
We expect high standards, but not heroic nonsense.
Good consulting work requires energy, clarity and care. That means people need realistic priorities, useful feedback, time to think and the ability to raise concerns before small issues become expensive ones.
Our commitment is to build a working culture where:
- Expectations are clear
- Feedback is regular and practical
- People are trusted to do good work
- Quality matters more than noise
- Wellbeing is treated as operationally important, not decorative
- Growth is discussed openly
- Workload is managed before burnout becomes the strategy
